Ron Sell is the co-founder of Five Peaks, founder of Spark Membership Software, lifelong martial artist, and entrepreneur with a passion for helping martial arts school owners build businesses that create both freedom and impact. After years of owning schools, building software, and coaching thousands of martial arts professionals, Ron has dedicated his career to developing practical systems that help schools grow, retain more students, develop exceptional instructors, and become leaders in their communities.
Ron believes success isn't measured by the number of students you teach—it's measured by the lives you change, including your own. Through Five Peaks, his mission is to equip school owners with the mindset, leadership, and business strategies they need to build profitable schools, create lasting legacies, and enjoy the life they worked so hard to build.
